Standard payment channels include corporate bank transfers (RTGS/PESONet), verified manager’s checks, and authorized credit lines for pre-approved institutional buyers. All payments must be settled in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless a separate, formal international currency agreement has been legally drafted and approved by our corporate treasury prior to order placement.

For new private medical clinics, diagnostic centers, and standard corporate accounts, transactions are typically processed on a strict Down Payment and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis, or through confirmed bank clearances prior to dispatch. For government health facilities, local government units (LGUs), and regional public hospitals operating via the PhilGEPS public bidding framework, we fully support structured government procurement terms, including standard 30-to-60-day corporate processing timelines, upon validation of official Notices of Award (NOA) and signed contracts. All payments must be made in full without any unauthorized deductions, set-offs, or unapproved withholding taxes, save for standard BIR tax withholding certificates (Form 2306/2307) legally provided at the exact time of payment.

In the event of a payment default or an unapproved delay stretching beyond the legally agreed credit terms, MED-CARE reserves the right to suspend all subsequent product deliveries, halt ongoing technical installations, and void active equipment warranties. Furthermore, overdue corporate accounts may incur a standard monthly finance interest fee calculated from the initial default date until total payment clearance is achieved. All original financial documents, official receipts (OR), and billing invoices will be systematically dispatched electronically or physically via our accounting division upon total clearance of funds.
