At MED-CARE MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT, we take pride in the fact that every single medical item we import and supply is FDA Approved, DOH Compliant, and passes rigid quality control assessments prior to leaving our warehouse facility. However, in the rare event that an item is found to possess a verified manufacturing defect or a shipping error has occurred, we provide a structured, compliant pathway for returns and exchanges. Clients must formally notify our Quality Assurance department within a strict window of seven (7) calendar days from the official date marked on the Delivery Receipt to be eligible for review.

To qualify for an exchange, return, or institutional credit, the goods must remain completely unused, uncalibrated, and stored within their original, unaltered manufacturer packaging alongside all original instruction manuals, accessories, and power cords. We strictly prohibit the return or exchange of sterile clinical consumables, single-use surgical items, open diagnostics packs, or customized facility equipment due to cross-contamination risks and Department of Health infection control guidelines. The client must present the original Sales Invoice, Official Receipt, and signed Delivery Receipt to our audit team before any return item can be physically processed or accepted back into our Manila fulfillment center.

Once a return item arrives at our facility, it undergoes an intensive evaluation by our bio-medical technicians to confirm the exact nature of the defect and ensure it has not suffered from improper facility handling, electrical power surges, or unauthorized repair attempts. If the claim is verified as a valid manufacturing fault, MED-CARE will promptly facilitate a product replacement at zero additional delivery cost to the client, or issue a formal credit memo for future procurement cycles. Cash or check refunds are issued strictly at the sole discretion of our corporate management team and are reserved exclusively for situations where an identical, operational replacement unit cannot be sourced within a reasonable commercial timeframe.
